About the Role
As Kenect is entering a new era of growth, we need a leader to take charge of our revenue operations while working closely with Marketing, Sales, and the rest of the company.
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Leader with a strong foundation in marketing operations who excels in a hands-on role. This individual will drive top-of-funnel optimization, oversee deal desk operations, and implement scalable revenue strategies. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and sales leadership to align operational processes, ensure data accuracy, and enhance overall revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools while also driving bottom-of-the-funnel efficiencies, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk operations, and revenue analytics, while serving as a strategic partner to the Salesforce team. This role includes direct management of one revenue analyst.
